My friends lifes theme

My friend Riadh Aldaqqa is a Palestinian boy, he is a very interesting person with a great personality. He has different types of things he would like to do when he grows up. Riadh is a very happy person who enjoys life. Riadh loves to play video games on his xbox 360, he is very popular in school and is a very humorous person. When Riadh grows up, he would like to be a buisness man, because he says they are very rich, and own huge houses and nice cars. I believe my friend can become what he wants to do in his future because in school he tries hard and does a good job. I hope if he becomes a business man, he will give me some of his money.

When Katie gets mad

When Katie was taking care of Lynn, she felt a little annoyed with the things she always had to do for Lynn. Lynn would wake up Katie, even in the middle of the night, to get things Lynn wanted. Katie got tired of getting woken up in the night; she even had black circles on the bottom of her eyes. There was one night in the chapters 12 and 13 when Lynn woke Katie up in the middle of the night, Katie usually answers to Lynn very quickly, but this time she struggled to get up. Lynn wanted a glass of milk. When Lynn took a sip of milk she did not want milk anymore, she wanted a glass of water. Katie said you wanted milk and Lynn dropped the glass on the rug which her father bought Lynn, spilling and soaking the milk on the rug. Katie got frustrated and got water. Lynn said the glass had soap on it and threw that on the rug as well. Katie was very mad; she screamed at her saying “you are ruining everything! Dad and mom worked hard to get the new house you wanted and you are ruining it!” They both said I hate you! Lynn started to cry, and Katie went to her bed. She did not care, she was annoyed. Katie is very annoyed with her, but also feels really bad that she has a terrible sickness. I think this chaos is happening because they are going through a tough thing in life called adolescence. So they fight more often and Katie is more sensitive and don’t like each other as much.

Food in the Yanomamis

An interesting fact my partner and i found about the Yanomamis, is the interesting food they eat. It is very different from what we eat in our community. The tribe eats tapirs, deer, fish and bird. They eat these types of foods because the climate around their area is very hot, sweaty and humid. Also Fish, Tapirs, Birds and Deers are the only living things in the jungle that aren't dangerous.

FRIM Camping Trip

Camping at FRIM this year was okay, but the social side of the trip was the best part. The uncomfortable part about the trip was walking for hours and finding information for science. I felt uncomfortable because i was sweaty, there were loads of mosquitos and i had to go bathroom alot in the jungle, and i didn't feel comfortable about that. The part i didn't like was waiting for your group mates, and not being able to go without anyone. Also you don't get alot of independence. I wanted to be alone for awhile, but i couldn't. The part i like about the trip was relaxing and playing cards with your friends. I liked to sit down, have a drink and socialize with my friends. I am glad because i got alot of time for that. All in all, the FRIM trip was okay, but i loved to hang out with my friends.

Katies father is a happy, outgoing, loves to talk to his daughter person. Katies mother is a quiet, shy, fragile person. If i had to choose which parent katie is closer to, I think she is closer to her father more than her mother because her father talks to her more and is more outgoing. Her father also plays games with katie to keep her happy. Her mother is very quiet and dosn't talk to her much. The mom is very fragile, so she is shy and careful so katie has a little more interest in her father.

So this quote is saying that you should always try something you have never done before. I like this quote because it leads people to try new things, and it is like me. I like to try new things.
